****NOW OPEN: LA 133 in Richland Parish****
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, a section of LA 133 in Richland Parish is closed until further notice.
This closure is located approximately 4.6 miles north of its intersection with US 80 (see included map), and is necessary to allow for the replacement of a cross drain pipe that is impacting the integrity of the roadway.
At this time, there is no anticipated reopening date. Additional information will be issued when it is available.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to utilize an alternate route.
Alternate Route: Detour signage will be in place.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
