There will be intermittent and alternating lane closures on LA 1073 between LA 60 and LA 16 beginning Monday, June 3, 2023, weather permitting. The lane closures are to allow crews to remove and replace pipe across the highway, remove and replace the existing asphalt roadway, place temporary and/or permanent striping, rumble strips, and related work.
Lane closures are expected weekly, Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
Crews will start with removing and replacing pipe across the highway starting near the Junction of LA 60 and work towards LA 16.
Traffic will be maintained utilizing flaggers for the lane closures throughout the project.
