UPDATE: The bridge is now open to traffic.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 394 over Woodard Branch (0.9 miles east of US 171) will be closed to vehicle traffic beginning Monday, May 20 at 8:00am for emergency bridge repairs.
The closure will remain in place until 5:00pm Thursday, May 23.
Vehicle traffic is advised to detour using US 190 and LA 26.
