ROAD CLOSURE DUE TO HIGH WATER - Evangeline Parish - LA 95 (Saint Julien Road)
Evangeline, LA - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 95 (Saint Julien Road) will be closed, effective immediately, due to high water levels on the roadway.
The location of the road closure is approximately 1.25 miles south of LA 29 (Vines Street).
The traveling public may use LA 29 (Chataignier Road) or other alternate routes to bypass the road closure.
DOTD reminds motorists that is illegal and extremely unsafe to drive around 'road closed' barricades at any time for any reason.
