The work begining on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 on Bridge #082200000036910 on US 165 (Southbound) over LA 1230, will be extended to Thursday, May 9th from 8:00am until completion. (weather permitting)

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, weather permitting, Bridge #082200000036910 on US 165 (Southbound) over LA 1230 and Union Pacific Railroad will be reduced to one lane for routine bridge inspection. The bridge is located 0.25 MI. NORTH OF LA 1230 near Georgetown, LA.
Permit/Detour section
No detour will be needed as one lane will be open at all times.
