LA 182 (East Main Street) from St. Etienne Road to LA 96 (Terrace Hwy.), Lafayette Parish, Road Closure

LA 182 (East Main Street) from St. Etienne Road to LA 96 (Terrace Highway) will be closed nightly, beginning Tuesday, April 9, through Friday, April 12, weather permitting.
These closures will take place from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., the following mornings.
These closures are necessary to hang and set precast concrete girders on the new Frontage Road Bridge above LA 182.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
A detour route will NOT be posted; however, traffic may utilize US 90 and LA 92-1 (Smede Highway) to access LA 182.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
