UPDATE - POSTPONED - LANE CLOSURE: LA 526 (Bert Kouns) near LA 3132, Caddo Parish
(UPDATE 4/5/2024): DOTD advises motorists that this work has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date. DOTD will issue further information when that date has been finalized.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises on Sunday, April 7, 2024, there will be intermittent lane closures on the LA 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop) Union Pacific railroad crossing just east of the LA 3132 interchange in Shreveport, Caddo Parish.
These lane closures are scheduled to be in place from approximately 7:00 a.m. to noon, and are necessary to allow UP railroad crews to perform repairs to the crossing.
This railroad crossing is located immediately east of the LA 3132 interchange (see included map).
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
Alternate Route: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
