UPDATE:
Outside lane closures will continue on the I-20 Mississippi River Bridge at Vicksburg in both the eastbound and westbound directions, as noted below. Load widths will be restricted to 12' during the following times:
Thursday, March 21, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday, March 23, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday, March 24, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday, March 25, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday, March 26, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday, March 27, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Thursday, March 28, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Maximum vehicle width restrictions:
12 foot maximum width (during times noted above)

UPDATE:
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that eastbound outside lane closures will continue, as needed, through Monday, March 18 to perform inspections, weather permitting.
However, all lanes will be open Friday, March 15, 2024.
Beginning Tuesday, March 19, 2024, outside lane closures will be needed in both the eastbound and westbound directions. Additionally, lane widths will be restricted to 12' during the following times:
Tuesday, March 19, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday, March 20, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Thursday, March 21, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday, March 23, 2024: Eastbound and Westbound 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be lane closures on the I-20 Vicksburg Bridge beginning Monday, March 11, 2024 to perform inspections.
It is expected that the eastbound right lane will be closed March 11, 2024 to March 12, 2024 and the westbound right lane will be closed March 13, 2024 to March 14, 2024. No lane closures will take place on Friday but lane closures may possibly continue through the weekend.
Maximum vehicle with restrictions:
16 foot maximum width
