    The lane closures on 3-2 and 3-4 is to allow crews to perform soil cement operations on the roadway. The lane closure on 3-6 at the Intersection of LA 1019 and LA 447 is to allow crews to soil cement operations. The lane closures on 3-6 and 3-7 is to allow crews to clean the shoulders from LA 16 to LA 447 and to mill joints and turnouts. The lane closures from 3-8 through 3-9 and 3-11 is to allow crews to perform paving operations on the roadway. At least one lane will be open at all times.
