The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, weather permitting, LA 498 will be CLOSED for a cross drain replacement. The road closure will be located approximately 1.7 miles from LA 1 and approximately 2.9 miles from MacArthur Drive.

Eastbound: LA 498 to LA 1S to US71/US165/MacArthur Drive South.
Westbound: LA 498 to US71/US165/MacArthur Drive North to LA 1N
