Bridge Open - LA 151 over Darbonne Bayou Bridge in Lincoln Parish

UPDATE (2/2/24): Due to weather related delays, the LA 151 bridge closure listed below has been extended through February 16, 2024, weather permitting.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, beginning on Monday, January 29th, the LA 151 Bridge over Darbonne Bayou in Lincoln Parish will be closed for necessary bridge repairs.
The bridge will be closed approximately 3.3 miles west of US 167 near Dubach.
The closure is anticipated to last 2 weeks, and should be open Friday, February 9, 2024.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to utilize an alternate route.
Alternate Route: A detour route will be signed and provided for the duration of the closure. All vehicles must detour using LA 151, LA 563, LA 146, LA 822 and US 167.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
