***UPDATE***LA 27 at Intracoastal Waterway - Gibbstown Bridge is OP
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 27 at the Intracoastal Waterway - Gibbstown Bridge is open to traffic.

DOTD crews are applying winter weather treatments to Gibbstown Bridge.

Calcasieu and Cameron Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces LA 27 at Ellender Bridge and Intracoastal Waterway Bridge in Gibbstown is closed until further notice because of winter weather conditions.
During freezing conditions, motorists should drive only if it is absolutely necessary. Those who must drive should use caution to ensure everyone is safe.
