The lane closure on 1/15 is to allow crews to clean up the project shoulders between Old Hwy 16 and LA 447. The lane closures from 1/16 through 1/19 are to allow crews to pulverize and to perform soil cement operations on the project. Crews will be milling from Will Allen Road to Ellis Lane on 1/18. At least one lane will be open at all times.
