CANCELLED: US 90 Eastbound & Westbound from LA 83 to LA 318, St. Mary Parish, Lane Closure

UPDATE: THE FOLLOWING WORK HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
US 90 eastbound and westbound from just west of its interchange with LA 318 to just east of its interchange with LA 83 (Baldwin Exit) will have lane closures beginning Wednesday, January 10, until Friday, January 26, weather permitting.
These closures are necessary for crews to mill and pave asphalt on the outside shoulders and construct diversion roads in the median in preparation of converting US 90 westbound into two-way traffic in that area.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
