COMPLETE: Lafayette Parish - Interstate 49 - Alternating Lane Closures

UPDATE: The following roadwork is now complete.
LAFAYETTE PARISH, La. - Beginning Tuesday, December 19, until Tuesday, December 20, Interstate 49 in the southbound direction will have alternating lane closures, with slow moving operations. This operation is scheduled to take place from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily, weather permitting.
The lane closures are necessary to allow crews to perform pothole patching operations.
The road will be open to regular traffic with no width restrictions.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area, but may experience delays.
