NEW AUDIT LABOR RATE PORTAL:
Effective As of October 26th, LADOTD has a new "Labor Rate" submission portal.
EVERYONE must Register for Access.
In order to register, and or access your account please go to
https://wwwapps3.dotd.la.gov/AuditServices/ExternalHome/AuditServicesHome/LaborHome
Each person needing access to the labor rate portal must register to receive DOTD userID.
Your unique credentials will be used every time you submit labor rates going forward.
To have access to the User Labor Rates Portal you will need to have a Company User Account set up, please refer to this document - http://wwwapps.dotd.la.gov/engineering/registrations/signup.pdf

After Successful Company Account Setup, please go to https://wwwapps3.dotd.la.gov/AuditServices/ExternalHome/AuditServicesHome/LaborHome and press the Registration button to have each Labor User set up with a User ID to be able to access the Labor Rates Portal
On the Registration Page, you will:
Enter a specific User Name or leave blank to be assigned one.
Enter your First Name.
Enter your Last Name.
Enter your Address: Street, City, State, Zip.
Enter your Phone number.
Enter your Email address.
Select your company from the dropdown list.
Enter any comments you have.
Press the 'Submit' button.

After you have successfully set up your Account, you will receive an email on how to Access our Remote Systems page reset your password etc...
All labor rate information submitted to LADOTD is confidential and is not shared with outside parties.
INDIRECT COST RATES REMINDER:
Reminder to also submit your annual independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) audited indirect cost rate(s) -

The indirect cost rate process has not changed and should be familiar to consultants.
