    The lane closures on LA 1019 between Caraway Road and LA 447 is to all crews to perform soil cement operations. At least one lane will be open at all times. LA 1019 will be closed completely and no traffic will be allowed between Cheray Drive and Caraway Road. This closure is to allow crews to replace the double barrel cross drain underneath the roadway.
