LA 830-3 in Morehouse Parish, Lane Closure; SP H.015235

UPDATE (12/22/23): LA 830-3 has been reopened to all through traffic as of 12:30 PM on December 22, 2023.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 830-3 (Peach Orchard Road) in Morehouse Parish will experience various lane closures beginning Wednesday, January 3, 2024. The lane closures will begin 0.93 miles from the intersection of US 165/LA 2 and LA 830-3 and 0.55 miles from the intersection of LA 830-4 (Cooper Lake Road) and LA 830-3. These lanes closures are required to replace an existing drainage structure. This work will be weather permitting.
LA 830-3 (Peach Orchard Road and Cherry Ridge Road) in Morehouse Parish will be closed to all through traffic from Monday, November 27, 2023 through Wednesday, December 27, 2023. LA 830-3 will be closed approximately 0.93 miles from the intersection of US 165/LA 2 and LA 830-3 and 0.55 miles from the intersection of LA 830-4 (Cooper Lake Road) and LA 830-3. The road closure is required to remove and replace an existing drainage structure. The closure is expected to take 30 calendar days, weather permitting.

Restrictions: There are no restrictions to traffic at this time.
Detour: Formal detour routes are not required at this time. LA 830-3 will be open to all traffic.
