The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that Bridge #840-43-0113-1 on US 71 (North Bound) over Red River Fort Buhlow (Curtis Coleman Bridge) will be reduced to one lane for finger joint maintenance, drain and joint cleaning, and guardrail repair from 9:00 AM Tuesday, November 28, 2023 until 4:00 PM Friday, December 1, 2023.
This structure is on US 71 (NorthBound) over Red Rive, Fort Buhlow and is located 1.0 miles north of I-49 in Alexandria.
Permit/Detour section
No detour is needed due to one lane being open at all times.
