Between LA 1019 and LA 1024 at least one lane, in each direction, will be open at all times. These lane closures are to allow crews to saw-cut concrete patches, remove & replace concrete panels and Handicap Ramps. In the Antique District at least one lane will be open at all times. The lane closures in this area is to allow crews to cold plane asphalt pavement, patch concrete and to clean roadway joints. One message board is located SB in front of the Nursing Home on LA 16 announcing the upcoming work in the Antique District. Weekend work between LA 1019 and LA 1024 will only be in the left lane. This is to allow crews to pour concrete in areas of the roadway that has been cold planed.
