The purpose of the SB Right Lane closure is to allow crews to drill and pour a traffic signal foundation. The SB Left Lane will be open at all times. The center lane will only be closed between the streets specified on the days specified. The Center Lane Closures are to allow crews to remove PCCP for the mountable curb installation.
