Detour: Motorists traveling on LA 21 and wishing to enter I-12 WB may continue driving towards LA 1077 and use I-12 WB/LA 1077 on-ramp. Motorists traveling on I-12 WB wishing to take Exit 59 (21: Covington/Madisonville) may continue West on I-12 and take Exit 57 (1077: Goodbee/Madisonville), make a legal U-turn to transition to I-12 EB and then take Exit 59 (21: Covington/Madisonville).
Restrictions: Motorists and emergency vehicles will NOT have ramp access to the listed ramps during these days and hours.
