ROAD CLOSURE UPDATE: LA 33 / UNION PARISH

****LA 33 IS NOW OPEN.*****
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning Tuesday, October 31, 2023, LA 33 will be closed approx. 850 feet north of its junction with Salem Rd. in Union Parish. This closure is necessary to allow for a cross drain replacement at this location. This closure is anticipated to last seven calendar days.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
Detour for Road Closure:
Northbound: North on LA 549, East on LA 348
Southbound: West on LA 348, South on LA 549
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
