Restrictions: Intermittent full closures for both Northbound and Southbound traffic on LA 308 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. between the "MacDonald's" Bridge at East 28th Street and Cote Blanche Bridge near East 52nd Street.

On Friday October 27, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00(noon), LA 308 will be closed intermittently for both northbound and southbound traffic between the "MacDonald's" Lift Bridge at East 28th Street to the Cote Blanche Bridge near East 52nd Street in Cut Off, LA. These intermittent full closures on LA 308 are needed in order to allow the Department's tree cutting contractor to cut down and remove dangerously overhanging trees at several locations within the closure limits on LA 308. During the intermittent closures, no through traffic will be allowed through the work zone.
