Daily lane closure: LA 27 SB at Kelso Bridge (MM 67) Oct. 23-27, 2023 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that southbound lane of LA 27 at Kelso Bridge (Mile Marker 67) will be closed from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. daily, from Monday, Oct. 23, 2023, until Friday, Oct. 27, 2023.
The closures are necessary for crews to replace grid decking.
During these closures, traffic in the northbound and southbound directions will be maintained across Kelso Bridge with flaggers.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
