Oklahoma Street Opening, Terrace Avenue Closing.

BATON ROUGE, La: The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development is advising motorists that starting Monday, October 2, Oklahoma Street will open and part of Terrace Avenue will close.
Drivers will no longer be able to access Highland Road using the portion of Terrace Avenue west of Highland Road. Instead, drivers can use Oklahoma Street and Nicholson Drive as alternate routes.
NOTE: This does not impact the I-10 WB Highland/Nicholson exit. Drivers will continue to use the off ramp onto Terrace Avenue.
