UPDATE: LA 82 at the Vemilion River Bridge (Perry Bridge) is now OPEN to traffic.
Effective immediately, LA 82 at the Vermilion River Bridge (Perry Bridge) is closed to vehicular traffic for electrical/mechanical repairs until further notice.
The detour will consist of LA 694, LA 335, LA 14, US 167, LA 3267. The detour route will be posted.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
