UPDATE - LANE CLOSURE: I-20 Mississippi River Bridge eastbound, Madison Parish
(UPDATE 09/29/2023): DOTD advises motorists that this work is being postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, the outside eastbound lane of the I-20 bridge over the Mississippi River in Madison Parish will be closed.
This lane closure is scheduled to take place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is necessary to allow for finger joint adjustments.
Restrictions/Permits: This lane closure will allow vehicles 12 feet wide or smaller to pass through the work zone. All larger vehicles will need to detour.
Alternate Route: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
