Nightly lane closures: I-10 WB & EB (MM 43-45, MM 44-47) – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be nighttime right lane closures along portions of Interstate 10 Eastbound and Westbound, starting Monday, September 25, 2023, until Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
All closures are 8 p.m.-5 a.m.
Sept. 25 and 26: I-10 WB from Mile Marker 44 to Mile Marker 47
Sept. 27: I-10 EB Mile Marker 43 to Mile Marker 45
The closures are necessary for crews to install temporary concrete barriers and temporary striping. All closures are weather dependent.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
