Alternating lane closures: LA 27 (MM 71-75) Sept. 25-29, 2023 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that there will be alternating lane closures along LA 27 from Mile Marker 71 (Ellender Bridge) to Mile Marker 75 (Burton Shipyard Road), starting Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, until Friday, Sept. 29, 2023.
Closures will be in effect from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. daily.
The closures are necessary for crews to perform pavement patching.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
