Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the left lane on Interstate 10 Westbound at US 165 from Mile Marker 44 to Mile Marker 47 will be closed, starting at 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, 2023.
The closure is necessary for crews to evaluate temporary sheet pile.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
