Eff. Nov 1, 2023 - Updating Specific Rates of Compensation in Consultant Contracts

Attention Consultant Community:
Effective November 1, 2023, on contracts executed on or after August 2021, Consultants may request an update to the Specific Rates of Compensation Rate Letter, which can be updated no more frequently than every twenty-four (24) months from establishment of a Specific Rates of Compensation Rate Letter.
NOTE: Any revision to the specific rates of compensation shall not be cause for an increase in the maximum compensation limitation imposed on the contract or any task order previously issued herein.
Consultants may request a specific rates of compensation update on contracts executed on or after August 2021 using the Request to update Specific Rates of Compensation Rate Letter found under "Letter for Consultants" at the link below and email the completed letter directly to DOTDCCSRequests@la.gov.

Compensation Article revision (via supplemental agreement):
If specific rates of compensation are established for this contract, the consultant may request an update to the specific rates of compensation no more frequently than every twenty-four (24) months after establishment of the specific rates of compensation; however, any revision to the specific rates of compensation shall not be cause for an increase in the maximum compensation limitation imposed on the contract or any task order previously issued herein.
Once the supplemental agreement is executed, then a specific rates of compensation letter rate letter will be executed with the effective date of the supplemental agreement. All work from that effective date will use the updated specific rates of compensation, including existing task orders on that contract.
