The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Friday, September 15, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, weather permitting, Bridge# 082203650107901 on LA 472 over BIG BEAR CREEK will be closed for routine bridge inspection. The bridge is located 7.9 MI EAST OF US 167.
Permit/Detour section
The road at the bridge will be closed to all traffic while the inspection is being performed by LA DOTD personnel. LA 472 Eastbound traffic will detour to US 167 Northbound to LA 500 Eastbound. LA 472 Westbound traffic will detour to LA 500 Westbound to US 167 Southbound.
