EXTENDED!!! LA 358 (Chachere Road) from LA 357 to LA 182, St. Landry Parish, Road Closure

UPDATE: This closure has been extended until Saturday, September 30 at 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.
LA 358 (Chachere Road) from LA 357 to LA 182 (0.05 miles east of LA 357 and LA 358) in St. Landry Parish will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning Thursday, September 7 at 6:00 a.m. until Saturday, September 16 at 6:00 p.m., weather permitting.
The closure is necessary to install new drainage structures across the roadway.
The detour for eastbound traffic will be LA 357 south to LA 178, east to LA 182 and north to LA 358.
The detour for westbound traffic will be LA 182 south to LA 178, west to LA 357 and north to LA 358.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
