Alternating nightly lane closures: I-10 EB & WB between MM 7 and MM 8 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be alternating nighttime lane closures along Interstate 10 Eastbound and Westbound between Mile Marker 7 and Mile Marker 8.
Closures will be from 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2023, until 6 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2023, and 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2023, until 6 a.m. Thursday, August 24, 2023.
Closures are necessary for crews to move temporary concrete barriers. All closures are weather dependent.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
