***NOW OPEN: LA 3048 in Richland Parish****
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that a bridge on LA 3048, approximately 1.8 miles north of LA 584, just south of Rayville, in Richland Parish will be closed Saturday, August 26th, 2023.
This closure is due to deterioration of bridge components.
The bridge will be closed for approximately 2 days, to allow for routine bridge maintenance.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to detour.
Alternate Route:The detour route will be LA 3048, LA 584, and US 425.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
