US 190 Emergency Closure – West Baton Rouge Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the right lane of US 190 Westbound, at the foot of the Old Mississippi River Bridge, will be closed beginning Thursday August 17, 2023, at 6:00 pm, and ending on Friday, August 18, 2023, at 2:00am.
This closure is needed to repair a portion of US 190 that has settled.
Permit load restrictions will be up to 12 feet wide, anything over, please contact the permit office.
