LANE CLOSURE: I-20 Eastbound, Madison Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, there will be a single lane closure on I-20 eastbound extending from the Richland Parish line to the Madison Parish line (Bayou Macon).
This lane closure is scheduled to remain in place until Sunday, August 28, 2023, and is necessary to allow DOTD crews to resurface the eastbound lanes of I-20 along this five mile stretch of interstate.
While through traffic will be maintained on I-20, motorists should still be prepared for possible delays and plan accordingly.
