UPDATE: DOTD announces that U.S. 90 (Cameron St.) from Westgate to Debonnaire Road, in Scott, is now OPEN to traffic.
EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE: US 90 (Cameron St) from Westgate to Debonnaire Rd., Lafayette Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that, effective immediately, US 90 (Cameron St) from Westgate to Debonnaire Road in Scott, Lafayette Parish is closed until further notice.
This closure is necessary to perform repairs to a cross drain pipe that is impacting the integrity of the roadway.
A timeline for reopening is not available at this time.
Restrictions/Permits: Total road closure at the specified location. All vehicles will need to detour.
Alternate Route: LA 93, I-10, Ambassador Caffery
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
