CONGESTION ALONG US 80 FROM APPROX 4MI WEST OF LA 151 FOR APPROX 1 MI. TRUCKS AND EQUIPMENT PARKED ALONG SHOULDER AND ENTERING/ EXITING ROADWAY DUE TO TRAIN DERAILMENT IN THE AREA.
