The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that the road on LA 457, in Latanier, is now OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that starting Wednesday, July 26, 2023, LA 457, in Latanier, Rapides Parish, will be closed for a pipe replacement. The cross-drain pipe replacement is located 1.6 miles from the intersection of LA 3170. This job is expected to last one working day. The roadway is expected to be closed from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Permit/Detour Section
Northbound traffic will be detoured north on US 71 then east on LA 3170 then south on LA 457.
Southbound traffic will be detoured west on LA 3170 then south on US 71 then north on LA 457.
