The outside shoulder and northbound US 61 right lane will be closed at the St. James Boat Club to facilitate construction activities. The 12' inside lane will be traversable to motorists with a signed reduced speed of 45 mph in the construction zone. Access to the boat launch will maintained at all times throughout construction.
