UPDATE: LA 14 and LA 397 no longer an all-way stop: Calcasieu Parish -- SP H.013344

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that as of Thursday, June 29, 2023, the intersection of LA 14 and LA 397 will no longer be an all-way stop. All approaching traffic will now be redirected to the newly-constructed portion of the roundabout.
This will now function as a one-way, all-way yield, circular intersection.
Additional information:
- Ward Line Road remains closed. It is expected to reopen on Friday, July 28, 2023.
- Construction on the roundabout project is ongoing. The project is switching to a new phase of construction.
