Reminder: DOTD Bridge City Hiring Event is Tuesday, July 11, 2023

Bridge City, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that it is hosting a hiring event for Mobile Equipment Operators on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. The event will occur from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Bridge City DOTD office at 1440 US HWY 90, Bridge City, LA 70094.

Jobs are available in several parishes across the New Orleans metro area, including Orleans, Jefferson, St. Charles, St. Bernard, Plaquemines, Lafourche, and Terrebonne. Experience is optional for these positions, and on-site interviews will be conducted until vacancies are filled. Any candidate selected will receive a conditional job offer while at the event. Candidates receiving a conditional job offer must have a driver’s license and a Social Security card.
