The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, weather permitting, Bridge # 084004550530098 on I-49 (Southbound) over I-49, US 167, AND RAMPS will be closed to all traffic for bridge inspections. The bridge is Ramp D-7 at Exit 84 that carries traffic from I-49 Southbound to US 167 Northbound (Pineville Expressway) and is located at the I-49 / US 167 INTERCHANGE.
Permit/Detour section
The road will be closed to all traffic while the inspection is being performed by LA DOTD personnel.
I-49 Southbound traffic will detour at Exit 90/LA 498 Westbound to LA 1 Southbound to US 71/165 Northbound to US 167 (Pineville Expressway).
