NOW OPEN: LA 588 near Pioneer, West Carroll Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Saturday, April 29, 2023, LA 588 will be closed 4.2 miles west of LA 17, near Pioneer, in West Carroll Parish. This road will remain closed until approximately Sunday, April 30, 2023.
The purpose of this road closure is to allow for the necessary replacement of a cross drain pipe.
Alternate route:
Detour signage will be in place. Traffic will be detoured via LA 588, LA 585, LA 577 and LA 17.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
