Nightly lane closures: I-210 EB and WB; March 20-24, 2023 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that there will be nightly lane closures along parts of Interstate 210 Eastbound and Westbound, starting Monday, March 20, 2023, until Friday, March 24, 2023.
All closures will be from 7 p.m.-6 a.m.
Closure schedule:
I-210 EB
March 20-21: Left lane from Texas St. to LA 14
March 23-24: Left lane from Ryan St. to 5th Ave.
I-210 WB
March 21-22, 22-23, 23-24: Alternating lane closures from Texas St. to Ryan St.
The closure is necessary for crews to install cable barrier end terminals and guard rail.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
