INTERMITTENT LANE CLOSURES: LA-3249 and I-20 Service Road, Ouachita Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises the public that construction on LA 3249 (Well Road) and I-20 Service Road will begin Sunday, 3/12/23 and is expected to last approximately 30 days.
During this period, intermittent lane closures may occur on weekends and between 7PM and 6AM on weeknights.
Note: This is the area from Interstate 20 south down Well Road in front of the Pilot Travel Center. Access to the interstate ramps and to Pilot will be maintained open with flagging operations.
The closures are necessary for patching, milling, and asphalt operations.
Restrictions/Permits: Intermittent lane closures.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
