NOW OPEN: LA 877 near Epps in West Carroll Parish

*****UPDATE: LA 877 NEAR EPPS HAS BEEN REOPENED TO TRAFFIC.*****
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Saturday, March 11, 2023, LA 877 will be closed 0.5 miles east of LA 17, near Epps, in West Carroll Parish. This road will remain closed until approximately Sunday, March 12, 2023.
The purpose of this road closure is to allow for the necessary replacement of a cross drain pipe.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
PERMIT/DETOUR:
The detour route will be LA 877, LA 577, LA 134 and LA 17.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
