LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy): LA 73(Jefferson Hwy) - Sherwood Forest

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy.) between Sherwood Blvd. and US 61 (Airline Hwy) will have one lane closed Westbound beginning Monday, January 16, 2023 and ending Friday, January 20, 2022.
Weather permitting, the closures will occur at the following times:
• Monday, January 16th through Friday, January 20th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The lane closures are necessary for installation of sidewalk and handicapped ramps.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
No width restrictions.
